A few little changes to our schedule as Alexa is back! 🤍✨ We’re so happy to have her back in the shala and have our full community of teachers and practices coming together again.

With high season here, our regular prices are back, and we’re excited for a beautiful season of practice, connection, and community.

Nos emociona recibir a Brigitte Longueville una vez mas , una de las mejores maestras y pioneras del Yoga Restaurativo en Mexico para un taller especial donde exploraremos el arte de restaurar con inteligencia, precisión y presencia.

A través de una práctica cuidadosamente guiada, descubrirás cómo el uso adecuado de soportes, la alineación y la respiración pueden ayudarte a liberar tensiones profundas —incluyendo zonas clave como el psoas—, mejorar tu postura y regular el sistema nervioso, con especial atención al nervio vago, fundamental en los procesos de relajación y restauración.

Este taller es una invitación a hacer una pausa, a escuchar el cuerpo y a experimentar cómo la practica Restaurativa también puede ser una práctica transformadora.

El programa incluye 15 horas YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education), por lo que también representa una excelente oportunidad de formación continua para profesores de yoga.

Abierto para todos los niveles: practicantes, profesores de yoga y cualquier persona interesada en el bienestar, el movimiento consciente y el poder restaurador de la quietud.

Happy International Yoga Day! I found this practice nearly 20 years ago and am so grateful for how it’s centered me and helped me to become a mindful, happy person. This first pic was to grab your attn- scroll over!

The most challenging and advanced postures in yoga don’t require balance or flexibility, they require sitting, quieting the mind and calling divine spirit.

Sharing yoga is so rewarding and I’m honored to have led so many in meditation, postures and yoga nidra.
