This Mother's Day, take a break from the chaos and enjoy a relaxing yoga flow at the Kimpton Alton Hotel with your fellow mamas.

Gentle flow sequenced to celebrate the joys of motherhood, followed by a brief meditation. Instructor @yogamina_sf will guide you through a series of poses designed to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation.

Afterward, enjoy a mimosa or house-made juice. ☺️

Suggested $10 donation will go towards @projectnightnight
