Just reading @calmmamasclub post about nominating strong women.

So true you shouldn’t have to wait to be nominated to express gratitude of the inspiring women in your life.

I have been blessed with seriously STRONG ladies in my life from my single parent mum, step mum, mother in law, sister, cousin and the most incredible girl friends I could ever wish for ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤎

These beauties inspire me daily.

Thank you for being in my life.

I love you all very much!

on #breathing in and out. We are the only yogis in the world awarded the designation of #Certified #Extreme #Shavasana #Practitioner. 🏆This took thousands of hours of practice in lying still and sometimes sleeping 💤 , even in some of the noisiest places. 🤓😍😹

You won’t see me doing this for the next week or so! Bloody back issue has reared it’s ugly head once again 😫 I have two bulging discs and one herniated disc as a result of two separate accidents a few years ago.
Yoga and Pilates have been an integral part of my back rehabilitation, and I’ve not had any issues for over a year....until yesterday! Moving at just the wrong angle whilst baring weight will do it tho!!!
The word frustrated doesn’t even being to cover it 😤😭 however what’s most important now is to give myself a break and some time to heal - for the inflammation to go down - and then slowly, slowly get back to doing my what I love most 😊💪🏻🧘🏻‍♀️
