Are you curious about the art of hands on adjusting?

Yoga students crave assuring touch in their practice.

There’s nothing like a confident guiding hand to help us explore a pose more deeply and feel safe while we do.

However, hands-on adjusting is becoming a lost art as it is not something that foundational training has the time or scope to cover in any depth.

In addition, in recent years there have been wonderful advances in our understanding of fascia and the nervous system and how we as yoga teachers can integrate simple tools
and practices into our classes to help our students to feel safe and receptive, assisting them in turn to receive more benefit from their practice.

No matter how experienced we think we are, there is always more to learn,
explore and get excited about!

Work with me in a fun and engaging format focused on practical, hands-on experience in the art of hands on adjusting as well as other key areas of teaching, inspire your teaching and add to your offerings.
