In honor of International Yoga Day, I would like to share my recent experience with all of you. I was diagnosed with Sacroiliitis (spinal arthritis) in March and was bedridden for around 3 months. But by God’s grace 🙏, I’m back up and striving to get back on my feet. My main priorities during my recovery were eating a healthy diet and losing weight and I am happy to announce that I dropped around 4 kgs in the last 2 months. 🙈 I resumed my yoga practice, and I am now feeling much better and healing faster. I’ll be providing you with updates on my daily food and yoga routine 😁 #yogaheals #yogaforhealth #recovering #yoganama #internationalyogaday #yogashapesforsummer #yogaforall #yogateacher
