Reminding myself that I don't always have to do more, be more, or prove more.

Sometimes, I just need to slow down and remember that I'm enough, exactly as I am.

What's one thing you want to give yourself more permission to do? 🌿

Sharing with you the new life at the start of Spring of the first tree I have ever pruned in my life. 😅💪

Day 8 #savasana
#AloMindfulRecharge

Today is the last day of this beautiful challenge that helped us to become aware of our mental health that is as necessary as physical health.

We finish with savasana that helps us relieve stress and tension in the body and calms the mind, in this pose of silence and stillness, we also increase mindfulness and awareness of the present moment and prepare for meditation. ❤️

Last Day ✨ #AloMindfulRecharge: Savasana
I am worthy of peace, healing, and stillness.

We close this 8-day journey in stillness. Savasana reminds me that rest is not doing nothing, it is allowing everything to integrate. Breathing, softening, letting the earth hold me.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

To my beautiful co-hosts @saraluyoga @this.is.christine @fullofmullarkey @aimayogi @yogawithrona — thank you for your heart, your guidance, and for creating such a soft, intentional space. It has been an honor to host alongside you.

And to every single person who joined, moved, breathed, reflected and shared with us — thank you for showing up for yourself and for this community. Your energy made this challenge so special.

In honor of World Mental Health Day, may we keep choosing peace, healing and presence together.

Day 7 #AlomindfulRecharge : Legs Up the Wall I allow my nervous system to soften and reset.

People think inversions are just about strength. For me, it's how I calm my nervous system.

When I go upside down, my breath gets longer. My mind has to be fully present. The blood rushes, the noise fades, and my body switches from fight-or-flight to rest-and-restore.

Other gifts I always feel after:
• clear, calm focus • less tension in my neck and shoulders • a natural energy lift without caffeine • better circulation and lymphatic flow • that little reminder that I can still see life from a new perspective
You don't have to do a handstand to get the benefits. Legs up the wall counts too. Just get your heart above your head and breathe.

Have you tried an inversion today?

One of the most important things for emotional health is rest, lack of sleep not only tires, it also affects mood, concentration, and stress management. So rest, relax and take the time you need for yourself and your well-being. ❤️

Anyone else feel guilty when they're doing nothing? 🙋‍♀️
I'm learning that I don't have to fill every moment with something productive. Sometimes, the best thing I can do for myself is slow down and simply breathe.
In this practice, I have taken it stronger into a shoulderstand at the wall and try to do nothing but stay there 😅

Day 7 of #AloMindfulRecharge — Viparita Karani 🧘🏻‍♂️

Today’s affirmation: I allow my nervous system to soften and reset.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is absolutely nothing.

A little stillness, a little breathing, and a chance to recharge.
