Mom break = sweating it ALL out 💦

This class is my therapy, my reset, and my “do something for me” time all in one.

I always leave feeling stronger (and slightly less chaotic 😅)

Also… @nxptfit is seriously the BEST for this 🔥
Thank you @conjured.creation for this amazing workout! Love ALL my PowerSculpt instructors, they are seriously the BEST!!

And this cute set is from @astoria_activewear — because if I’m going to suffer, I’m at least going to look cute doing it 😂

Who’s trying this with me?? 👀

Our 30 day yoga journey came to an end yesterday at Sunset yoga in Solana beach with @summertimelove. Thank you to everyone that supported us this month. We enjoyed all the different aspects of yoga, from yoga sculpt, to vinyasa flow with @conjured.creation, hot yoga and yoga nidra with @dafnas_path , beach yoga, blindfolded, yoga in the park and everything in between @yogaxspin. It was a memorable experience. Yoga offers so many benefits beyond just the physical. Hope more people get out there and try it out. You never know. And who knows what where our next fitness adventure will take us… 🤪
