Mom break = sweating it ALL out 💦

This class is my therapy, my reset, and my “do something for me” time all in one.

I always leave feeling stronger (and slightly less chaotic 😅)

Also… @nxptfit is seriously the BEST for this 🔥

My letter to you at the end of the class.
I wish you to notice how you made it through another year
I wish you would give 2024 a chance to show you what it has in store for you
