Soaked some mushroom logs a week ago and this happened. Picked these this morning and dropped them off at Yonder this afternoon. #shiitakemushrooms #carvigardens

I cannot 😜 with the pace at which this Summer has flown.

The bounce between NC and FL are happening with regularity and we are learning how what works, and what doesn’t , with our new lifestyle.

I got to cater a friends’ reunion, we got a visit from Reid in NC and then we got to list properties in both states, helped our friend Carrie buy a property in Sylva, attended tons of live music events and produced a new educational offering for the East Florida Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

What did I miss?

Oh! Lots of visits with friends and family.

We’ve had good days of sunshine, rain and humidity! It’s perfect weather for our beautiful cows to be out on pasture snacking on the endless salad bar nature provides! Thank you to our cows, our farmers and Kalona Supernatural fans 🐮🧡
