POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Appreciate y’all for the kind words and support 🖤🙌🏼

The work we put in behind the scenes doesn’t always get seen, so moments like this mean a lot. Grateful for the gym community and everyone who recognizes the dedication, consistency, and passion behind what I do.

DM “WYN” to get started 🖤✨

built, not borrowed 🩷
after 3 years of strength training, cardio , lots of protein, bulking and cutting it’s finally time to see what all this hard work is made of.
my first DEXA scan ever, all the measuring and scales couldn’t have told me i was 90% muscle !
.
Huge thank you to AJ at NSMI for the experience! The whole process only took about 5 minutes, and he went over everything I needed to know regarding what the scan picked up and ya girl was in shock !
i felt comfortable and left well informed ! he even told me i’m not in the verge of diabetes which runs in my family 🤗
.
do you suffer from body dysmorphia? scared to hop on the scale? or even criticize yourself based on your appearance when you know you work so hard in and outside of the gym? if so go get you a dexa scan and let Aj know TaylorAlanis sent ya❤️‍🔥

DEXA Scan ROUND ✌🏼
but this time with my clients! 😁🖤✨

They were so curious to see what’s really going on inside their bodies: body fat, lean mass, and exactly where it’s at.

It’s way more detailed than your usual body fat scan!

We had so much fun chit-chatting, learning, and then we capped it off with a little adventure at Great Falls 🌿✨

The ladies are already excited to come back in a couple of months for their recheck. Progress has never been this fun 🤩

Thank you @yooo.aj & @nationalsportsmed for this great experience ✨

After pushing my clients through March Madness, I also wanted to push myself and see my own results on a deeper level 🖤

Four months ago I did a 3D scan and was still holding more postpartum fat.

This time I was introduced to a DXA (DEXA) scan, to see internally! It’s crazy to see how much has changed, while in my bulk phase I’m in the green across the board 🙌🏼

Up 12 lbs of muscle + down 7% of body fat!

Overall I’m really proud of my progress 🖤

Thank you AJ for walking me through everything and helping me understand my results 🙌🏼

Make sure you check out this spot & get your scan TODAY 🤩
