What a beautiful morning to sweat, smile, and kick off America’s 250th birthday celebration! 🇺🇸 Partnering with YouForm Pilates, Rise & Shine, Sealasol, and The OptiBar made the morning even more special. It was the perfect way to start a holiday weekend filled with community, movement, and giving back. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us! Together, we raised $500 for Martha’s Mission and donated a carload of canned goods to help support our neighbors. ❤️🤍💙 We couldn’t have done it without you!

Everyday is leg day in my world so for this Saturday Series we’re doing one of my favorite Pilates series’ on one of my favorite apparatuses! Feet in Straps is a great way to build hip mobility, pelvic and spinal stability, and leg + core strength all at once! You don’t even need any equipment if you want to do it at home - just some light ankle weights if you want added resistance! Happy Saturday and I’ll meet y’all at the barre real soon💋

Happy New Year lovelies! With holiday recovery in full swing it’s important to take time just for you and your wellbeing! So to help with that, here’s a little arm series that can easily be translated from the reformer to your mat - just switch out straps for some hand weights or a Theraband for resistance and you’re good to go!! Have a wonderful weekend and I’ll meet y’all at the barre 💋

Slowing it down this Saturday with some beginner friendly supine arm work on the reformer There is something about arm work on a reformer that is just such a welcomed change to free weights (and is a great addition to any workout regimen!) If you want to learn more about Pilates on the reformer and/or build a strong foundation for your practice, the first Reformer Fundamentals Workshop starts Monday!! Sign up through the db app, I hope to see you there🫶🏻 Otherwise, I’ll meet y’all at the barre real soon💋
