there’s a responsibility that comes with saying, “you can let go here.”

because someone might actually let go and something tender might surface. and the way you meet them in that moment matters.

holding space asks us to understand consent, boundaries, our own capacity, and the limits of what we can offer. to let someone have their own experience without needing to fix it or make it mean something.

we’re human, too. some days we can barely hold ourselves. learning to recognize that is part of becoming a facilitator someone can trust.

what i appreciated about Your Mind Date’s breathwork facilitator training was the care given to the ethics of holding space. learning how to create a container with safety and care at its center, alongside tools to show up authentically as myself.

because i want to bring my whole self into the room. with discernment and responsibility that this work deserves.

BREATHWORK ❤️‍🔥

Vad skiljer egentligen alla dessa breathwork sessioner åt? Alla facilatorer kan väl ge andningsinstruktioner?

Mitt fokus som ’trauma informed breathwork facilitator’ ligger på att du som deltagare ska känna dig trygg hela vägen.
Från det att du väljer att boka en session och veta vad du signat upp dig på, tills stunden vi möts och till dagarna efteråt.

Jag är alltid nyfiken på vem jag har framför mig, hur jag kan möta dig där du är och hur jag kan stötta dig, där och då i din andningsresa.

Innan jag håller space för dig, ser jag till att hålla space för mig själv. Att reglera mitt eget nervsystem för att du och ditt nervsystem ska få fullt fokus under sessionen är A och O.

Varje session handlar om dig och din resa, inte om mig och vad jag önskar uppnå med sessionen. Din trygghet och upplevelse, din möjlighet att släppa sådant du inte längre vill bära med dig är mitt varför jag gör detta och varför jag vill dela denna magiska kraft och kunskap som breathwork är! 🫁
Tillsammans öppnar vi upp i trygghet så att du kan processa det som vill närvara i stunden.

Vi avslutar med en fin stund av integrering, för att ta hand om och processa det du upplevt. Kanske delar vi några ord, kanske stannar du bara upp och bär känslan och upplevelsen med dig inombords ❤️

Ett andetag 🌬️
Något vi så lätt tar för givet, då det sköts av kroppen per automatik.
Men som också kan vara något av våra allra viktigaste verktyg för… egentligen allt i livet.

Andetaget.

Som kan hjälpa oss att landa i mer närvaro, hjälpa oss reglera vårt nervsystem, öka fokus och koncentration. Det kan hjälpa oss att sova bättre, prestera bättre i träning, kommunicera tydligare. Det kan hjälpa oss att skapa klarhet, mod att följa våra drömmar, skaka loss stagnationer som vi upplever fysiskt och emotionellt i kroppen.
Andetaget kan hjälpa oss att samla våra tankar, att våga ta steget.
Ett endaste andetag, ett medvetet andetag.

Jag har länge varit medveten om mitt andetag, sett till att ta djupa andetag hela vägen ned i magen. Men efter att under sommaren ha gått denna fördjupande och transformativa Breathwork facilitator utbildning med @your.minddate , har mina kunskaper inom andning fördjupats ytterligare. Det har varit både en påminnelse om kunskap jag redan burit med mig, men också något som breddat min kunskapsbank ytterligare.

För dig som känner mig sedan tidigare vet att jag har en stor kärlek till kroppen, och denna utbildning har varit en ytterligare fördjupning i den fantastiska kropp vi bär på. Alltså wow… Hur häftig är den inte egentligen!? Jag slutar aldrig förundras över hur fantastisk och stark vår kropp är!

Utbildningen har varit mer än bara andning och jag bär med mig en djupare kunskap inom trauma respons, soundhealing, breathworkens historia, den vetenskapliga grunden för andningen som sker i kroppen, säkerhet och att breathwork kanske inte är för alla, även om medveten andning är det.

You don’t have to completely reinvent yourself to create a different life.

Sometimes it’s just about becoming 1% better every day.

Choosing the thing that feels a little more aligned. Keeping the promise you made to yourself. Learning something new. Letting go of what no longer serves you.

Small choices, repeated over time, will eventually give you a completely different life 🤍

I’m super happy to announce that I’m starting a 9-week Breathwork Facilitator training with @minddate.

Breathwork has been a part of my personal practice for years, and it blows me away every time how powerful this practice is. How the breath brings us back to the present, to our bodies, calms our nervous system and brings clarity!

If you’ve ever been coached by me, you know that breathing is a central part of my work, and I can’t wait to be able to take you even deeper into this beautiful practice.

I’ll shortly be offering one-to-one breathwork sessions, both here in Chamonix and online, as well as group breathwork journeys.

With a passion for breathwork and music, Tobias guides one of our signature experiences at Healthy Horizon: Contrast Ceremony.

The session moves through three stages: breathwork to begin, sauna accompanied by music, and cold exposure, followed by time to integrate the experience.

the deeper I go into yoga asana, the more I realize how inseparable the breath really is from the practice.

learning how to guide breath more safely, intentionally, and effectively has given me such a profound appreciation for the way it can support the nervous system, shift our state, and bring us back into the body.

i’ve loved getting to deepen this part of my teaching through @your.minddate ‘s two month training… and bring what i’m learning into my personal life and of course @surfandshanti

I still remember the day in university…

Our professor asked us to do a breathing exercise to calm ourselves down and I didn’t get it at all. I was looking around, we kind of even made fun of her - that just by taking a few simple breaths, anything about the situation would change.

My relationship with breathwork has completely changed since then. Especially after it came into my life after burnout.

It’s one of the tools that helped me not only to downregulate, but also get my spark and energy back. I’m so grateful I got to go deeper into it during my training with @your.minddate so I can now guide others through the same tool that helped me so much.

Because if you want to build a business that is sustainable - you have to find your balance. You have to know the tools you can reach for when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed and breathwork is a powerful one - because we can actually train the nervous system to be flexible. Not only to regulate and calm it, but also to activate it in a safe environment to train our tolerance.

The last two months in my breathwork facilitator training with @your.minddate I learned so much. Not only about the nervous system and regulation, but about what it takes to become a great facilitator - the importance of voice, of music, what it really means to hold space and be a good practitioner🌀🌱

And I can’t wait to bring everything I learned into my next offers for you to build a meaningful business with a regulated nervous system.
