Crossing a finish line always hits differently, but today felt extra special. 🏃‍♂️💨

First race back post-injury at the Cardiff Half Marathon!

Today wasn’t about setting records or chasing a PB; it was about trading ego for patience, taking it slow, and listening to my body every step of the way.

Managed to run the whole thing completely pain-free and felt strong (ish lol) from start to finish. A great reminder that recovery isn’t a straight line, but being back out on the road feels incredible. Building back better, step by step.

Massive love to @yourdailyhiro for always keeping me hydrated and on track! 🦾✨

3 years of creating content taught me this:
The fear of being judged will hold you back from opportunities you never knew existed.

People questioned me. Some laughed. I kept going.

That led to opportunities to work with Nike, Adidas, Saucony and Sports Direct and many more brands

Stop waiting for approval. Put yourself out there. You never know where it could take you✨

THE HANDBAG ESSENTIAL

At Bowland House, everything we are creating is rooted in one simple idea: feeling good should become part of how we live, not something we occasionally make time for.

Which is exactly why we loved having HIRO Daily Electrolytes as one of our gifting partners for our Autumn Equinox evening.

If you know me, you’ll know I have always been a huge believer in electrolytes. Hydration makes such a difference to how I feel, my energy, my clarity and simply feeling better in my body, and HIRO has very quickly become one of those little non-negotiables I keep in my handbag.

Drop a tablet into your water and suddenly hydration feels like a ritual rather than a chore. Beautiful flavours, brilliantly convenient and so easy to take wherever the day takes you.

And in many ways, that reflects the future vision for Bowland House.

As we evolve, wellness will sit at the heart of what we do. Movement, nourishment, nature, education and simple daily rituals that help us take greater ownership of our health. Our events during this next chapter are allowing us to bring that philosophy to life, while introducing our community to brands we genuinely believe deserve discovering.

HIRO felt completely at home here.

From yoga beneath the trees to candlelight and strings as the sun disappeared over the Forest of Bowland, our Autumn Equinox was about resetting, reconnecting and beginning a new season with intention.

And sometimes wellness really can start with something as simple as drinking better water.

HIRO, officially our new handbag essential.

Thank you HIRO for being part of the beginning of the Bowland House story.
