“It takes a village” a quote we are all familiar with. It’s easy to forget that we are still part of a community.. it’s just different now. We are older, we have gathered friends across cities, states and countries that make it feel impossible to stay connected and have support , but it is just a figment of our imagination. We all always show up when it’s necessary regardless of distance. I have this idea I’ve been sitting on and have reached out to friends that are in alignment with what I’m brewing and realizing that having this specific group of people around me right now is so fucking exciting.. its more motivating than the idea and I absolutely adore it! I feel supported , aligned, inspired . Thank you!

I’ve been waiting for a day like this and September in NH🍁 has delivered. #Mntwashington allowed me to summit in 5.5 hours via the Ammonoosuc / Jewell Trail. 🥰 This time of year is tricky, there could be snow and ice at the summit, BUT NOT TODAY!🙏🏻

FALL APPLE DRESSING🍏🍁Recipe below👇🏻 😋
This will have a sweet-tangy balance – the Gala apple and raisins will add body, taste- like-caramel sweetness, and cling to whatever you put it on. The mustard and vinegar will supply the tang! #yummmm
*
Apple and Whole Grain Mustard Dressing
👉🏻
2 TB sherry vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2-3 TB raisin(golden or regular)
1 medium gala, apple cored, and roughly chopped
2 TB whole grain mustard
1/2 TSP thyme
Salt and pepper
2 TB extra-virgin olive oil 👉🏻 check pro tip out mid video 👊🏻
👉🏻OPTIONS:
1-2 TSP water (to thin)
1/2 TSP Dijon mustard (sharper tang)
pinch cinnamon or ginger (for warmth)
👇🏻
- add raisins and vinegar into food processor or blender to soften raisins (for smoother blending, soak raisins in hot water for five minutes then drain).
-follow with apple, whole grain mustard, thyme, salt and pepper. Start to blend.
-while blending, drizzling oil via the cap or slowly stream without cap until the dressing is creamy.
-Taste – if you’d like more tang, add a splash more vinegar or Dijon mustard (if using). If it’s too thick, add 1 - 2 tsp water.
-use right away or refrigerate in a sealed jar for up to 3 days.
