Your starting point matters more than you think💜

I know because I’ve been the athlete starting prep with 30, 40++ pounds to lose. I know what it feels like to go into prep hoping that, somehow, this prep will magically get you to that look you dreamed about.

It was the starting point of my prep for my pro debut, for the Arnold 2025… holy🐄

Back then, I blamed everything, my coach, my prep, my peak, my plans, myself, my potential, name it. Looking back, we did what we could with the physique I was bringing into prep.

I lost trust in the process and prep became stressful. But now I can see that the starting point itself shaped what was realistic and how HARD prep had to become.

(Ohhhhhh, when you see a crazy prep story online, look at the starting point of the prep versus the prep of the athletes who were already in shape when they started prep) You are supposed to start prep in a good spot!

That’s part of what I’ve learned as a coach, too. Sometimes an athlete doesn’t need someone to promise they can make it work in 20 weeks. They need someone willing to say, no.

This time, I’m proud of the shape I’m bringing into prep and the off-season that got me here. I’m healthy, my food is HIGH, yaaaaaa girl is eating, cardio is low (if we can call it cardio), and my body composition is in a good spot for once.

I get to build on the physique I have instead of spending prep just trying to get lean enough. I get to focus on BODYBUILDING, not just body cutting.

I’m proud of this starting point. And I’m excited to see what I can bring to the stage from here🥳🥳

And to every girl who feels like the off-season is the part of bodybuilding u hate the most: it doesn’t have to feel like a nightmare forever. With time, patience, and the right structure, it gets easier. When you learn to do things the RIGHT WAY, the off-season can become the part where you finally build the physique you’ve been working toward.⭐️

Pro qualifier debut — 2nd place 🇨🇦🥈

Went in with the goal of having fun and earning a top 5, and walked away with more than I could’ve asked for. Grateful for the experience, but we’re just getting started.

Job’s not done yet. @audreyroy_ifbbpro and I have big plans. Stay tuned. 🔥

🚨Boise, Idaho🚨

I will be moving to Boise next week, October 12th, for the foreseeable future and would love to work with any local wellness competitors on their posing.

I understand that I’ll be moving during peak week of the regional NPC show in Boise and would love to get some last minute in-person touch up sessions with all of you wellness girlies looking to up your flow, poise, walk, and mandatory poses on stage.

I already have a couple of you booked, so DM me to get on the books! I’m lucky enough to have the best gyms in the area @boise.iron.gym @3dfitnessllc @uplifted_gym open their doors to me for posing athletes in every corner of the valley, so shoot me a DM if you’d like to start!

This does not just apply to those competing in the upcoming NPC show, but to any wellness competitor in offseason, in prep for another show etc. Let’s get to work! ❤️‍🔥
