🎬 Day 9 of “Always Happy Together” wrapped!

We filmed the scary scenes today. And by scary, I mean Henry having very important conversations with people who are definitely, absolutely, 100% not there.

Father, Mother, and Emma2 had some TRUTHS to share with our protagonist. Henry took it… well, he took it exactly how you’d expect someone who’s been living with hallucinations for months to take it.

The vibe on set? Unsettling. The performances? Genuinely eerie. Are we all okay? Debatable.

Adrian spent the day acting opposite empty space and somehow made it heartbreaking.
That’s the job, folks.

2 days of filming left. We’re so close we can taste it. (Tastes like psychological horror and exhaustion.)

🎬 Day 8 of "Always Happy Together" wrapped!

WRAPPED: That's a wrap for Rachael Kingsland (Sister)! Thank you for being Henry's concerned, patient, and ultimately very worried family member. You gave him every chance. 🙏

WELCOME: Mike Archer has joined us as The Boyfriend! Welcome to the happy chaos, Mike. Your character's presence will definitely not cause any psychological complications whatsoever. Everything will be fine. 🙃

Today we time-jumped across multiple states of Henry's... journey. From numb to territorial to desperate to shutdown. Just a casual Saturday for our lead actor's emotional range.

3 days of filming left. We're so close we can taste it (tastes like exhaustion and creative fulfillment).

🎬 Day 7 of "Always Happy Together" wrapped!

Big day for cast arrivals and departures:

Welcome to Rachael Kingsland (Sister), Andrew Norman (Father), and Christina Ashford (Mother)! You've joined the beautiful chaos at exactly the right moment. Only 4 days left to witness the madness. Lucky you! 🎭

That's a wrap for our brilliant Philippa Heimann (Kath)! Thank you for bringing such warmth, depth, and professional concern to Henry's therapy sessions. You witnessed a LOT. We're sorry. (Not really.) 🙏

And Happy Birthday to our incredible Dotty Jones (Emma)! 🎂 Nothing says "celebrate another year" quite like cake on a film set while playing a character who accidentally destroys a man's entire grip on reality. Peak birthday vibes! ✨

Hard-working day from everyone. 4 days of filming left. Nearly there!

🎬 Day 5 of "Always Happy Together" wrapped!

Kath has entered the chat. And by chat, I mean Henry's increasingly unstable psychological landscape.

Therapy sessions! Professional help! Absolutely no concerning warning signs being completely ignored by everyone involved!

Henry's doing great. Really great. Couldn't be better, actually. Why do you ask? 🙃

Welcome to the production, Philippa! Your patient is... well, you'll see.

🎬 Day 3 of "Always Happy Together" wrapped!

Henry met Emma. Emma met Henry. They're now best friends who definitely don't have any unresolved emotional codependency issues whatsoever.

Adrian and Dotty brought their A-game, zero awkward first-day energy, and absolutely no discussions about hand-washing rituals lasting 45 minutes.

Just two actors. Two characters. One kitchen. Pure cinema magic. ✨

(No Ludo boards were harmed in the making of this film.)

Hooray! The campaign has officially launched! 🥳
Please see the link to our project below: 😁

This is a huge milestone, and the best part is that the film will exist, no matter what! Because it has already been filmed😎

Now, we’re seeking support to help us enhance our post-production phase and, most importantly, to cover the costs of submitting to film festivals. We have big plans to showcase our film to the film festivals all over the world!🙌🏼

And of course, our ultimate goal is to turn this short film into a feature in the future. To make that happen, we need a little luck, your support, and the opportunity to share our film with the cinema community. 🎬 #shorthorrorfilm #filmfestival #filmmakers #filmmakerslife #ilovehorrorfilms #shortfilm #londonfilmmaker #londonfilmfestival #horrormovies Produced by @hoishan.bao @c.b.c.production
