Last weekend I had the pleasure of deploying @asteraofficial AX1 LED tubes, @danleysoundlabs sound and some projection mapping for @sohohouse for a Cities Without Houses event. Set in a unique hidden gem of a venue, the party immersed guests in a portrayal of nature and Earth’s elements as a celebration of Earth Day.

Thanks to Soho House, the guests and the great team from @irlart__ for the help!

My very first Artist-In-Residence Program and up at @cuboulder at that. I truly never knew my passion and admiration for art, diy and black women would take me this far. This is MAJOR for me. A whole year of planning, meetings, research, gathering the most amazing artists, curators, designers, and installing the most beautiful nostalgic art piece. The “We CU” exhibition (A Visual Celebration of Black Womanhood, Presence, and Connectedness) is finally here. This free exhibition Opens February 9th at the CU Boulder Art Museum and I am so thankful. For this opportunity, for whoever nominated me. God has been aligning so much already this year, I’m honored to continuously give black women their flowers. Come celebrate with us. See you soon 🤎
