If you ask me, hojicha deserves its moment too 🤎✨ It’s like matcha, but sometimes… dare I say, better 👀😂 That deep, roasted, slightly nutty flavour just hits different.

Anyway, the only place I get mine from is @yumenomatcha because their range of matcha AND hojicha powders is sooo good 🍵🤎

does anyone else enjoy coconut water with matcha?! 🥥 🍵 some of my friends hate the idea but I think it’s so LIT!!!! Comment a coconut emoji if you agree.

Also I ran out of ice so ignore the lack of it :3

Matcha powder from @yumenomatcha! They source directly from Japan to bring you renowned brands such as Marukyu Koyamaen, Yamamasa Koyamaen, Ippodo, Kanbayashi Shunsho, Shohokuen and Aoi Secha.

Thank you for the gift.

Not heading to Japan anytime soon? Yume Matcha has got you. 🍵🇯🇵

They source premium Japanese matcha directly from Japan, bringing renowned names like Marukyu Koyamaen,
Yamamasa Koyamaen, Ippodo, Kanbayashi Shunsho, Shohokuen and Aoi Seicha closer to home.

I tried Shikibu no Mukashi by Yamamasa Koyamaen with coconut water and strawberries over ice, and it made such a beautiful cup. It was smooth, creamy and full-bodied, with a rich umami flavour, gentle sweetness and subtle toasted notes. 💚✨

Finally gave the matcha paste method a try… 🍵

I’ve always reached for my favourite matcha from @yumenomatcha and this time I tried their newly dropped Ume no Shiro blend!

Taste-wise, it’s incredibly smooth and well balanced, with a gentle sweetness, mellow umami, and barely any bitterness. It worked beautifully with the paste method and would be just as enjoyable whisked traditionally or made into a latte.

pov: asmr matcha unboxing 🙂‍↕️🍵🫶🏼

I've been trying more and more new matcha powders at home hehe 🤭

This is shohokuen matsu matcha powder from Uji 🇯🇵 it's umami-rich yet nutty, creamy and has very sweet notes compared to my other powders! I've noticed the colour is much more bright green 🍵

Also I'm using my new handmade chasen from Japan and it makes so much difference with the microfoam!🎍
