Dropped by @yasakaramen this winter and wow… ramen really hits different when it’s cold out 🥶🍜

I went for the King Mashi Mashi Ramen and I’m still thinking about it. This bowl is absolutely stacked with chashu and a giant pork rib. A literal dream for ramen lovers 😍

The broth had such a comforting balance — rich, savoury, and just the right thickness. And the toppings? Generous and delicious!

Also tried their Spicy Ramen 🌶️ which comes in different heat levels — so whether you’re mild or maniac, there’s a spice for you 😏🔥

there is also the milo drink with a crunchy ladyfinger, cheese cream and the cutest ghost meringue 👻 the milo flavour is nostalgic and is prob my most recent fave drink from this cafe!

i do love revisiting two sis over the years for the aesthetics which they change up every time - just look at how satisfyingly pretty our brunch spread was, each dish is truly a work of art 🥰 but they also don’t skimp on the food quality and you’ll be sure to find a dish to your taste that is as delicious as it looks~

even their drinks are sooo pretty🍹to match the food! think loaded lattes ☕️ to colour changing drinks 💟 and to even trendier options like the viral strawberry matcha ofc 🍓🍵

I got to attend a private lunch experience hosted by @gamefarmdirect with dishes prepared by Chef Zac Ng from @restaurant.ka 🩷

The menu consisted of:
💜 Confit Duck Wings
🥟 Duck Liver Parfait
🐤 Spatchcock
🍄 Mandalong Valley Quail
🦆 Aylesbury Duck
🥚 Quail Egg

It was such a great experience! The quail and duck were definitelyyy my favourites - both were cooked to perfection! I found the quail egg dessert super interesting too 😋

Super happy to have attended the private lunch experience hosted by game farm where we were fortunate enough to have chef Zac Ng from @restaurant.ka to present his 5 course meal using some of game farms ingredients.🥓🥩

Game farm Products are shipped all over Australia and hold high level of certification for exports (Maldives, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong) It is a family run business for over 40 years with all products are processed here in NSW. They were previously only available for wholesale supplying to some of my favourite hotel brands like the crown and four seasons but now they are available to the public! 🎉

You can pick and choose high quality to recreate some culinary masterpieces at home. The owners of game farm really wanted to share the high quality product to public and not exclusive to top tier restaurants 💝

Featured 5 course meal prepared by chef Zac:
* Confit duck, taro - smooth taro paste crispy shell, slices of duck with a bit of cheese

* Duck liver parfait, wonton - Crispy shell filled with smooth liver parfait not gamey at all topped off with a hint of Chinese Shaoxing wine

* Quail leg meat with shiitake and wood ear mushroom fa goie in the middle topped off with Australian truffle

* poached spatchcock pickled onions, green herbs - Sichuan pepper vinegary dressing, deboned chicken that’s extremely tender

* Aylesbury Duck - roasted duck paired with potato and cabbage mix

* Quail egg, yuzu - quail egg white meringue is made in a curd with shortbread buttery pastry crumbled, home made yuzu sorbet

I absolutely enjoyed every dish, especially paired with the sweet sparkling wine from @hangingtreewines! And it was a great social event connecting the follow foodies in Sydney 🥰

Also they sell a goodie bag for $80 which includes 1x quail Maryland, 2x smoked duck breast, 1x spatchcock, and 2x quail eggs 🫶
