pilates princess level: expert 🤍 Excited to announce that I have completed 400+ hours of training, and I am now a certified Pilates instructor. I discovered a passion for this practice after a car accident in 2019 that left me with a fractured pelvis and nerve damage. Pilates helped me to regain mobility and blessed me with flexibility, strength and mindfulness that I’ve never had before. Thank you to the best teacher training studio Gramercy Pilates, my teacher trainers Katherine and Constantia, and my friends who let me practice my teaching on them for the past year. I will be teaching private lessons at Equinox at Brookfield Place and group classes at Good Day Pilates opening in Brooklyn Heights next month. In honor of finishing my training, I will be hosting a free virtual mat Pilates class on September 10.
