Strong obliques = strong spine + sculpted sides. Side body work supports posture, balance, and a strong core.🤍 #PMOTD #pilatesinstructor #pilatesinspodaily #pilateslovers taken in Equinox Brookfield Place by @yve.pilates

practicing front splits on the reformer. My left knee is my bad knee so you can visibly see me struggling to get it straight 🙃. #pilatesreformer #pilatesinstructor #gratzpilates #pilatesinspodaily taken in Equinox Brookfield Place by @yve.pilates

I flew to Seoul, Korea just to learn some Pilates with Balanced Body. 🤸🏽 I took 4 workshops with Cara Reeser, Jeremy Laverdure and Eric Franklin. We even had afternoon workouts with some of the Balanced Body educators from Korea. I meet so many amazing teachers from around the world. I can’t wait to go back to the next one. 🤍 #balancedbody #pilatesinstructor #potseoul #pilateslovers taken in Seoul, South Korea by @yve.pilates

I found the cutest pilates studio in Tulum. It was inside of a really pretty boutique hotel. I loved their equipment and teaching style. The instructor spoke Spanish and some English, so it was very easy to follow along!📍Holy Body Pilates #pilates #reformerpilates #pilatesinspiration #pilatesworkout taken in Tulum, Quintana Roo by @yve.pilates
