A glimpse into a recent posing session, and a mental throwback to my life years ago.

I used to have a full squad of bikini competitors and bodybuilders. Helping the bikini ladies simplify their movements and mentally find better space while on stage was a thing i was known for. Hardly ever outright advertise it, usually happier with referrals or direct inquiries. After covid I hardly cared to pursue that line of coaching anymore. I’d help ones I worked with in the past or again referrals.

So, fast forward, and now helping @yvette_pull on her journey to fight off injuries and find better mind muscle connection… knowing she used to compete… now, she’s competing again. It was fun to be back in that mode of, make it easier, make the presentation better. I won’t give you the full prance and strut, but I will give you my feedback on when it looks natural vs forced. I think I helped @yvette_pull in a small way that will help her for many years to come. And that, is why I love my job.

I know it’s Tuesday but I’m throwing it back to this past Sunday’s Posing Masterclass🫶🏽

In these specialty sessions a room full of athletes showed up open, coachable, and ready to elevate — exactly the energy I love to work with💥

We went beyond the two-hour mark because we were locked in… dialing in real-time corrections, refining details, and building confidence that actually translates on stage.

Every athlete walked away with:
✔️ Specific corrections for THEIR body
✔️ A clearer understanding of THEIR presentation
✔️ New connections with other driven competitors

And that’s what this is about 🙌🏽

Congratulations to our DEXA Scan giveaway by @bodymasscompositiontesting WINNER, @heather_bertolero 🎉

Huge thank you to everyone who came out and made this such a powerful session — I appreciate you.

This is just a teaser… full recap coming soon with footage from 🎥 @_imhim.aj_fhoto

Special thank you to @dreamersdanceco for the use of their beautiful space. A portion of proceeds from this event will be supporting their non-profit charity — grateful to give back ❤️

I’m coming soon to a city near you.
Next Masterclass: April 15
📍 Mississauga / Oakville

What an amazing few days at this year’s @beatchildhoodcancerresearch consortium representing the families & donors who lead the @golffightscancer community.

With the Kavalieros, Fox, Lynch, Jones, and McCoy families ever present in my thoughts, I was extremely inspired by updates from leaders focused on research of DIPG, Ewing's sarcoma, Rhabdomyosarcoma and Neuroblastoma.

Effective treatment options are imminent. HOPE filled the room, inspired, and left all in attendance more determined than ever!

A special Thank You to my partners in crime @kavalieros_l, @boiteautaryn @sarahbartosz @yvette_pull and @thesavannahbillett 💚

On this Thankful Thursday we are grateful to the team members, partners, and friends who were part of the Beat Childhood Cancer Research Consortium’s Annual Meeting last week. It was a ‘sweet’ time in Hershey, PA, the new HQ for the Research Consortium at Penn State Health.

It takes collaboration, communication, and cooperation to ensure we are motivating and mobilizing our vision of helping every child, everywhere survive and thrive following a childhood cancer diagnosis. Together, we will.

Impact Update 🚨 Helping EVERY child, EVERYWHERE by creating options!

Last week, @kavalieros_l & @susanmarshall5 from Golf Fights Cancer attended @beatchildhoodcancerresearch's 2024 Annual Research Consortium Meeting. Joining oncologists, researchers, scientists, foundations and parents from around the world, the team from GFC witnessed first-hand the power of collaboration!

Inspired by the unifying work of the @beatchildhoodcancer Foundation and Research Consortium (comprised of 50+ research institutions & children's hospitals), Lisa and Susan learned about the group's most promising clinical trials - including two upcoming trials focused on improving treatment options for children facing Ewing's Sarcoma, funded in part by this year's GFC Gator Good Guys Invitational in memory of Pete Fox.

Stay tuned for more updates about this important work and the impact created by so many across our community in memory/honor of their loved ones 💚

A special thank you to @pat_beatcc, Beat Childhood Cancer Foundation's Founder/President and Dr. Giselle Scholler, The Beat Childhood Cancer Research Consortium's Founder/Chair for including GFC in this event!

Spent half of the week in the “sweetest place on earth” with some of the sweetest, incredible and inspiring individuals. It was an experience not only filled with gratitude for what we have accomplished so far BUT also with hope for the future of improved, effective and less toxic childhood cancer treatments! I am so glad to have been a part of this meeting, a small but powerful group of individuals united in ONE purpose, to beat childhood cancer! And we are making progress…. #fornnamdi #beatchildhoodcancer #karaoke5k
