Embodied Knowing masterworkshops - we learned ways to find the wisdom already hidden inside ourselves. The body knows. Our senses and intuitions are sometimes a few steps ahead on our consious minds. @colwahl has just written her new book about this subject and was invited by @emoveinstitute to enlighten us with her ways of applying the Embodied Knowing Model. We sensed, felt, connected and went home with renewed inspiration and insights regarding the Laban Bartenieff Movement System. #barteniefffundamentals #labanbartenieff #lbms #somaticmovement #embodiedknowing

“Examinations are not just a test of skill, but a reflection of growth.” Bedankt aan onze jury van dit seizoen!🙏🏻💥 Our annual classical ballet 🩰 & modern dance 💃 exams with an external jury 👩‍⚖️ just took place! Proud of the focus, discipline and passion our dancers brought to the studio — every movement full of intention! Thank you judges for the expertise! 🙏🏻 #ADE #AlignmentDanceEducation #ADELove #ADEPower #ADEExams #BalletExam #ModernDance #ContemporaryDance #DanceLife #HardWorkPaysOff #PassionAndDiscipline #GrowthInMotion
