@zachvowellness Juice for me, cookies for them — same fruits and veggies, two happy tummies 🥒🍎🥕🍅🐾

I started with cucumbers and apples in a slow juicer and made myself a refreshing green juice. Then came carrots and tomatoes—bright, vibrant, and gone within seconds.

But what about the pulp?

Still colorful. Still fragrant. Still packed with fiber and flavor. Throw it away? Not a chance.

So I turned it into something my four-legged best friend would actually wait for.

I mixed cucumber-apple pulp with chicken breast powder, goat milk powder, and goat cheese. Then did the same with the carrot-tomato pulp. Two simple mixtures, both naturally colorful and full of real ingredients.

Next, I pressed them into small bone-shaped molds, lined them up on a tray, and slow-baked them at 60°C for 2 hours. Low and slow = crispy, shelf-stable treats.

The result? Crunchy, fragrant dog cookies that store easily without refrigeration—made from real food, with zero preservatives or mystery additives.

Now I get my juice, and my dog gets a treat. Same kitchen, zero waste, double happiness.

@zachvowellness Fruit pulp transformed into crispy granola — making the most of every bite 🍎🍐✨

I juiced a batch of apples and pears, poured myself a fresh, refreshing glass, and enjoyed every sip.

Then I looked at what was left behind.

Still fragrant. Still full of fiber. Still packed with potential.

Throw it away? Not today.

So I turned it into granola.

I mixed the apple and pear pulp with rolled oats, a splash of milk, a little corn oil, chopped nuts, and honey. Stirred everything together until it formed a thick, hearty mixture.

Then I shaped it into small clusters and placed them on a baking tray—simple, rustic, nothing fancy. Just the kind of pieces that crisp up beautifully in the oven.

Baked at 165°C for about 20 minutes.

The result? Golden, crunchy granola with caramelized edges, toasted nuts, and a gentle natural sweetness. The subtle aroma of apples and pears still lingers—like the fruit never really left, just transformed.

Now I get juice in the morning, and granola in the afternoon. Same ingredients, two completely different joys.

No preservatives. No additives. Just real food, made from what’s usually discarded.

Finally, water bottles… we don’t need them anymore!

The Puri V12 water purifier has become an integral part of our kitchen routine, and we all use it now. In just seconds, we have pure water free of heavy metals and bacteria,

making it safe for the whole family.

Through the screen, we can select the water temperature and quantity according to our needs.

The device has a 7-liter tank plus a 1.6-liter filtered tank, so we don’t have to constantly refill it.

The result?

Fewer plastic bottles, less hassle carrying water bottles… and one less thing to worry about every day. And nothing… even my son loves it now.
