Great performance by Jayden at Provincials! Threw on 47.5kg to his total from his last meet 10 weeks ago

Thank you so much to @tfrancss for staying to help handle Jayden while I had an econ exam. You the goat!

After the exam I sent the 2 hour drive to Sherbrooke to catch Jaydens deadlifts🫶🏽

The off season will be glorious🗣️ @justjaredd_ shout out for the photo!!!!

Squat: 220/485 + 20kg. He had 230 in him but he missed it on depth. We’ll clean it up and be back!

@gymlepodium just hosted it’s second in-gym competition and @podiumpowerlifting athletes came to play as they always do!

As we enter into the regional and provincial seasons our athletes got back into the competitive spirit, qualified for nationals and performed in front of friends and family.

Huge congratulations to everyone, @podiumpowerlifting will be showcasing its talent pool all summer with regionals coming around the corner!
