Build fast hands by training at max speed without losing control.

The goal isn’t just to move faster—it’s to stay technically clean while moving as fast as possible. That’s what forces adaptation.

On the exit:

• Keep your head over the ball
• Maintain right-hand pressure
• Drag the ball toward your left foot
• Step through with your right foot
• Pop it to your left shoulder for maximum separation

Speed creates the adaptation. Control makes it transferable.

Save this and add it to your next faceoff session.
