Students spend around 4 hours on their phone a day - as next gen leaders, we may only have two hours to be an influence in their life.

@zacworkun with @lifewaystudents is going to spending time with us at YPS National talking about how to make an impact out of the time we have with students that leads them to love Jesus more.

Middle school is chaos. 🤪 It’s also a discipleship opportunity. ⚡
Bring the energy. Open the Bible. Teach them to pray. Show them what following Jesus looks like.
They’re ready for more than we think.
What’s one practice you’re helping your students learn?

What an absolutely incredible two days with these leaders at the @namb_sbc @gensend @nambevangelism Youth Leader Coaching Network (YLCN).

Lord, raise up more leaders like these awesome men and women that have a passion to reach the next generation with the Gospel!

Healthy leaders are more apt to lead ministries.

🌟 How to be a great youth leader! Your students don’t need a perfect example. They need a real one. ⭐️
Be present. Be available. Stay in the Word. And show them what it looks like to follow Jesus, not perfectly, but obediently. 🙌📖
That kind of example matters in every group, with every student. 💛
Send this to a leader in your #youthministry who needs encouragement!

👀 Over/Under Rated 🎙️ Youth pastors, we’re about to make some of you mad. 👀
Overrated or underrated?
Lock-ins. Logos. Pickup games. Theme parks. And a few other sacred cows of youth ministry. 🐮 We asked the guys from Broke Church Van 🚐 to settle it.
‼️ What’s the MOST overrated thing in youth ministry right now?
Drop yours below. Wrong answers encouraged.
