This ones for the moms. The moms who long to be, the moms who are, and the ones who don’t remember life before their babies! At times you might feel tempted to give up when it’s hard. Some fight to get their babies here, while others struggle to keep them alive. Some mothers stumble through sleepless nights, and some would give it all to hold their child just one more time. Motherhood is the hardest job we choose to do, yet we’d do it a million times to see those smiles, hear those laughs and feel those cuddles! We clean up messes, lots of them. We listen to tantrums, and sometimes we even want to throw our own. We clean up broken eggs, we fix broken toys, we pay for broken windows but mostly, We comfort broken hearts. Motherhood is the greatest work. For a while we even give up our bodies, our time, our identities, but in the giving we receive our greatest joy. Motherhood looks different for everyone, all cultures around the world. But the thing we all have in common is that mommy’s love their babies and babies love their mommy’s. Happy Mother’s Day! #mothersday #mothersdaypoem #mothersdayreels #ilovemom #mom #mommyandme
