I LOVE all things natural and for a LONG time I’d been searching high and low for a dry shampoo that did a great job and was super expensive 💵

I discovered this recipe and haven’t gone back! I used to use the spray can stuff which is #1 disgusting 🤮 with all the ingredients it has and #2 EXPENSIVE ugh like $8-$9 per can which I’d use in 2 weeks lol

I purchased all the ingredients more than 2 yrs ago!!! And I still have plenty more so it was well worth the investment 🤯 haha 🤣

Homemade Dry Shampoo Recipe:
1Tbsp Baking Soda
1/4 c Arrowroot Powder
*optional: 2 Tbsps of unsweetened cacao powder for darker hair colors
4 drops of cedarwood
4 drops of rosemary
2 drops of tea tree

Mix it all together and store either in a glass shaker bottle or a container with a lid and use a make up brush to apply!

This is difficult for me to share.

That my marriage isn’t perfect
That I’m not perfect and have many many flaws
My husband isn’t perfect
That we need help to continue having a healthy relationship.

Why is there a stigma? Why do I feel embarrassed? Because I see “perfect” marriages here on this platform which logically I know isn’t reality.

Why not scream to the world “IM STRUGGLING and FIGHTING FOR A BETTER LIFE” it’s ok to not be ok with your marriage, yourself, your children, your parents, etc.

NO 👏🏻 HUMAN 👏🏻 IS 👏🏻 PERFECT👏🏻

Relationships take time and effort to grow and flourish. They don’t just happen. You have to decide to make it work together. Be a TEAM!

If going to marriage counseling is going to help us communicate better and stay together so my daughters gets to grow up with both parents please sign me up for life.

Let’s end the stigma that fighting for your marriage is bad or taboo or embarrassing. It’s actually quite the opposite: strong, courageous, and vulnerable. As @brenebrown would say, “Staying vulnerable is a risk we have to take if we want to experience connection”

There is something to say about the effect nature has on our bodies, hearts, and minds. It’s a very tangible connection to God and I believe strongly that our souls sense his presence when we are among His creations 🌱

I love the Ocean 🌊 probably because I’ve been land locked my whole life but just feeling the salt water on my skin and hair went to another level today. I didn’t even want to wash it off 🤣. Rich minerals soaking into my skin was amazing.

This also applies when we make efforts to eat and nourish our bodies with whole, clean, raw, foods. I feel so much better, healthier, and confident.

Breast feeding has been a journey for me for sure. It started out scary not knowing how or if I’d ever even be able…to feeling as if I was broken and worthless because I couldn’t…to persevering when it was sooooo hard 😭

Tonight is the end of the a new beginning ❤️ We may not share the same physical bond we had with nursing but now she’s a crazy, talking, sassy little toddler 😆 whom I love with all my soul. 🥹

This has been such an emotional rollercoaster for me and I had so many doubts about when or how to be done but now it feels right and I can look back on our journey and smile 🥰

I felt this picture deserved a post of its own….

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and due at the end of April. I haven’t really said much about it to the social world because it has been a definite trial of my faith. It was unexpected and not part of the plan by any means.

However,
God knows us best.

He knew this little girl needed to come into our lives at this time. His timing is what we have to embrace.

-I was outrageously nauseous for the first 12 weeks
-I have had a ton of pelvic pain
-I have struggled to accept the sudden changes to my body that will likely never go back to how they were before

Through all the hardships pregnancy brings and honestly that no one talks about I have grown to love this baby growing inside me more than ever. Every time she kicks and squirms it brings me comfort she is alive and strong.

It also honestly scares the hell out of me to be a parent. But she deserves a loving home to come to and Valentin and I have been blessed with the sacred opportunity to raise our little girl together in the best way we can 💕

God entrusted US peeps that haven’t figured out life yet ourselves to raise a little human being!! But I foresee it being the biggest blessing we will ever receive.

I’m so excited to teach and guide her in life and be her Mom ❤️ by @zarabeckletelier

Valentin Letelier ❤️ I’m so grateful for this man I call my fiancé now! He is a light and an example of the Savior. He is so selfless and always is thinking of how to serve others.
