Snuck out to the Lower Colorado River for a few days with @eastcountybassmasters from my time in San Diego. Fishing was a little tough for me, but that wasn’t what I was there for. I won’t wait another 3 years to do it again, promise. Thanks @artbylacyfaye_ for holding down the fort for a few days, you’re definitely loved.

You don’t need to be overweight to be stuck…

Zander was 6’1”.175–180 pounds.Already lean by most standards.

But for over a year?

Same workouts.Same effort.Same results.

Just going through the motions.

And that’s the frustrating kind of stuck.

Because you’re disciplined enough to show up…but not structured enough to break through.

In under 3 months, he dropped 15+ pounds of body fat.

You see it in his core. You see it in his back.

But here’s what matters more:
He finally felt in control.

Clear plan.Clear targets.
A weekly rhythm he could execute without guessing.

He stopped wondering if what he was doing was working.
Stopped second-guessing every meal.Stopped chasing random workouts.

He built momentum.

And momentum changes everything.

Energy goes up.
Confidence sharpens. You walk differently. You lead differently. You stop feeling like a hypocrite when you talk about discipline.

This isn’t about getting lean enough for a photo.

It’s about waking up and knowing:
“I’m doing what I said I would do.”

You don’t have a food problem. You have a structure problem.

And structure doesn’t just change your body.

It changes how you show up for your wife.
For your kids. For your work. For your faith.

You’re not delaying fat loss.
You’re delaying clarity.
Authority.Self-trust.

You don’t need another restart.
You need a new standard.

If you’re ready to stop hovering and actually build momentum,
DM me LWM to see if you’re the right fit to work with us.🤝

These are the men who stopped dishonoring the body God gave them.

Every man says he wants to lead but very few are willing to steward what’s been entrusted to them.

Your body isn’t separate from your faith.

It’s a gift.

Neglecting it isn’t just laziness.
It’s disobedience.

They didn’t change because of a trendy meal plan.

They changed because they realized:

They were praying for discipline…
while living in chaos.

Hiding behind the same excuses:
“I’m too busy.”
“I’ve got a family.”
“I’ll start next week.”

You don’t have a food problem.
You have a structure problem.

And when your life has no structure, your body pays the price.

Low energy.
Short temper.
Colder marriage.
Half-present leadership.
Fading confidence.

You call it normal.

It’s not.

God didn’t call you to survive on coffee and willpower.

He called you to stewardship.

These men chose:

Ownership over excuses.
Discipline over comfort.
Alignment over chaos.

And everything shifted.

More strength.
More clarity.
More presence.
More peace.

You don’t need another restart.
You need a new standard.

If you’re tired of living below who you’re called to be and need the guidance to become who God created you to be, DM me LWM…

let’s see if you’re ready to lead yourself first. 🤝

These are the men who finally decided to stop living below their potential.

Every man wants to be a leader…

but very few are willing to live like one.

These guys didn’t transform because of some BS meal plan or cookie-cutter workout split.

They transformed because they finally held themselves to a higher standard.

They stopped hiding behind the same excuses every man uses:

“I’m too busy.”
“I’ve got a family.”
“My job is stressful.”
“I’ll start next week.”

These men work full-time.

They have kids.

They have real responsibilities.

But instead of letting life drain them… they stepped up and led themselves first.

Because here’s the truth men don’t want to admit:
Your ego is keeping you stuck.

You think you need to do everything alone.

You think asking for help makes you weak.

You think being tired, stressed, and out of shape is “normal.”

It’s not normal.

A man who can’t take care of himself can’t lead his family, can’t protect his future, and can’t walk in the purpose God has for him.

These transformations happened because these men finally chose:

Ownership over excuses.
Discipline over comfort.
Faith over fear.

When you start treating your body, your mind, and your habits like they matter…

your entire life shifts.

Lead yourself first.

Your family, your purpose, and your future depend on it.

If you’re sick of living below your potential and ready to step into the leadership role you were born to have, DM me LWM and we’ll see if you’re a good fit 🤝

This is what happens when you actually invest in yourself…

Before betting on themselves, most of these men were just like you.

They knew they wanted something more out of life, but they weren’t sure how to get it.

They had no structure. No guidance. No one to hold them accountable for the ways that they were damaging their bodies and minds.

But they all made the exact same decision that completely changed their lives: they looked themselves in the mirror and decided to invest in themselves.

They reached out for help, and my team and I started providing them with the education, guidance and accountability that they needed.

They also became part of a likeminded community of hundreds of people with the exact same goals and aspirations as them, all pushing and supporting each other to become the best version of themselves.

Now, as you can see, these guys are absolutely killing it. They’re the fittest, happiest and most confident they’ve ever been.

They’re better sons. Better siblings. Better fathers. Better friends. They’ve had a much more positive impact on those around them.

And none of this would have happened if they didn’t take the time to get real with themselves and understand that they were the only thing holding themselves back.

No one has ever been able to accomplish anything great alone. If it wasn’t for my mentors and peers, I wouldn’t be where I am today, and the same goes for all of my clients. The second you realize that it takes a team to build an empire, that’s when you’ll achieve greatness.

DM me “KINGDOM” if you’re sick of living the same life every single day, and you’re ready to finally become the man you were always destined to be. 👊🏽

When @zbenning135 joined the LWM Blueprint, he had already been hitting the gym for over a year, but with little to show for it. No structure. No real progress. That’s when he was able to take advantage of the LWM Blueprint💪

In just 3 months, Zander dropped over 15 pounds of body fat and finally started to see the results he’d been chasing: visible changes in his core, his back, and his overall physique. 🔥

But what’s even more powerful than the physical transformation?

✅ A routine that actually works: No more guesswork. Zander now follows a plan designed to deliver results.
✅ A sustainable lifestyle: Not just another program. This is a foundation he can build on for years.
✅ Real accountability: With coaching, support, and the right guidance, he finally knows exactly what to do in and out of the gym.

Zander didn’t just lose fat; he gained clarity, structure, and momentum. And now, he’s moving through life with intention, confidence, and a system that’s built to last. 💪

Keep swiping to hear Zander’s story in his own words. 👀

If you’re stuck spinning your wheels like Zander was, DM me “LWM” and let’s see if you’re the right fit for the LWM Blueprint!🫡
