You’re never too old to play.

Sometimes all it takes is picking up a volleyball to remember what it feels like to be full of energy again. 🏐❤️

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into sports, this is your sign.

Join our adult volleyball sessions! No matter your skill level, everyone is welcome.

Drop a “+” in the comments or send me a DM, and I’ll send you all the details.

Let’s play together!😉

One thing I always ask parents to remember: technique is important, but it shouldn’t always come first.

For younger athletes, especially under 10–12 years old, coordination, balance, reaction, movement skills, and overall athletic development are often even more important than learning volleyball techniques.

A strong foundation makes everything easier later — serving, passing, hitting, and even injury prevention.

Don’t rush the process. Build the athlete first, then build the volleyball player. 🏐💪

What do you think is more important at a young age: athletic development or technique?

One of the most common serving mistakes is the toss.

Many kids struggle with serving not because of their swing, but because they can’t toss the ball consistently. Before trying to hit harder, learn how to toss correctly. A good serve starts with a good toss. 🏐
