Looking for a gift that will delight? Pick up a gift box of cherries from your local greengrocer or market and add some ribbon and a personalised gift card 🎁✨ I love promoting cherry season each year here in Victoria so you’ll see quite a few cherry posts over the next weeks. Cherry season is only 100 days from start to finish so let’s make the most of it! #giftideas #summergift #australiancherries #victoriancherries #festivegifts #inseason #summerfruits #cherrygift #whattobring #yummygifts #supportlocalfarmers #wandinvalleyfarms

Can't wait to get home for dinner! Starving!
Meanwhile here are some Fried Chicken Buns (or a bun) which @zeboy made over the long weekend!
_
That Gochujang sauce coating the fried chicken is da bomb! We've got extra sauce for the twice cooked pork belly leftover for dinner tonight! Hellllls yeah!

The final course to @zeboy's #TestClub Truffle Edition was a Truffle & Cereal Milk Panna Cotta served with Freshly Baked Cereal Milk Cookies, and Shaved Truffles
_
As you can probably guess, this dessert was inspired by none other than @christinatosi!
_
I made the cookies using the leftover cereal that flavoured the milk. I used a little too much egg in the cookie recipe and it was more cake like than cookie. Once I get the measurements right, I'll be trying this again (minus the truffles!)
_
Thanks again to @tasmanian_truffles for letting us experiment with your amazing truffles!

Whilst I was enjoying the mushroom served (see previous post), the boys were dining on this.

Wishing for sunnier days!

#TestClub Truffle edition. @zeboy takes the traditional Maiale al Latte (slow braised pork neck in milk) but with a truffle infused milk and more truffles shaved when served.
_
It doesn't look great, but I can assure you, it tasted amazing!

Once @zeboy gets an idea in his head, he stubbornly sticks to it. When it comes to his creativity in the kitchen, I'm down with that stubbornness ☺

When @zeboy says to male Truffle Arancini, he meams business. Prettiest Arancini balls I'd ever seen.

Deep frying is certainly the way to go! We baked half and fried the other half, and the baked goods were just not as tasty, deep frying always wins!
