Happy Birthday to my husband ❤️
Watching you chase your dreams while loving our family so fiercely makes me so proud. I wouldn’t be the wife or mum I am without you beside me. Your boys and I adore you 🫶

What a ride. Year 1 @torianpro didn’t disappoint!

To the crew it’s crazy to think what we’ve done with everything else going on in our lives. So on that note let’s run it back aye? Nothing but love for y’all you the best!

@tysonmaherr @_brodiemae forever grateful for the work you guys put into us and the gym we get to call home. Once again thank you for letting me be me. I hope weekends like this make it all worth it even if my stories are terrible.

@brimuddiman thank you for putting up with the highs and lows the past few months. It’s a pretty damn cool life we’re living. Let’s get you healthy and get you out there now!

Few behind the scenes thank you to people who have helped way more than I ever thought possible.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.
It’s a privilege to be in a position to have someone trust me with their goals and invite me on their journey.

Each of these beautiful people have all had a profound impact on me whether they realise it or not that’s one of the best things about coaching is the lessons are reciprocal.

Be as proud of yourself as I am.
The reality in front of you shows how far you’ve come.
