Choppa. Our little dude that brought so much love and happiness into our lives. You were our bestest friend and we’ll miss the endless snuggles, beach/walkies and fetch.

You were truly one of a kind. Love you Choppy Boy, we’ll miss you terribly ❤️ by @zekewoof

Torian Pro 2026 🏋🏼
First time back on the main stage since 2019 and what an experience.

To the team — @smecks1 , @hollieconstable_ and @tamaratom_ — even though the sessions blew out to 3 hours plus, I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Great vibes, plenty of laughs, and better friends. I reckon we run it back again next year! 🔥

Thanks to the loudest support crew in the crowd. The @gritperformancecentre fam brought the energy!

@_brodiemae , your Torian debut was unreal. You made everyone at Grit proud and made it clear you belong amongst the elites. And somehow you still managed to spend the weekend behind the lens capturing some of our best moments 🫶🏻

@taryn_louise_woof and the boys, I’ll never be able to put into words how much it meant having you there this weekend. I love you more than anything ❤️

And to the guy who makes it all possible, @tysonmaherr — I don’t think you realise the impact you have on my day-to-day life. Constantly adjusting my programming around work and family, helping me dial in nutrition, and always being there as a friend to talk shit with most mornings at the gym. I feel this is the best I’ve ever performed at a competition due to your coaching and depth of knowledge. It is truly unmatched 😍🫡

And lastly, big thanks to @recgen for fitting us out. Grateful to be part of the team over the weekend 🤝 taken in Pat Rafter Stadium by @zekewoof

My absolute world 🌏❤️

I almost didn’t compete this season because Rocky was so little when the open started. Luckily I have the most supportive and incredible wife.

@taryn_louise_woof convinced me that I would regret it if I didn’t take this opportunity with the Grit team and as always, she was right.

I was already in the best shape I’d been in since we had Riv and I knew everything about training with the team would be an amazing experience.

That being said, I didn’t think we could bring the boys up because it would be too hectic so initially I was going up solo. That was until Taz surprised me the week of Torian that they were coming up to watch 🥹

Seeing them in the crowd got me emotional every time, and I’ll forever be grateful for the opportunity to show them what I could do on the comp floor last weekend. There are truly no words that describe how lucky I am ❤️ by @zekewoof
