Reformer flow for arms, glutes and abs. You could start with arms in straps first, or I also like to add a lunge sequence straight after the side glutes (same working leg) save and try 💗

this phrase has been on repeat in my head all week. Read back on old journal pages, check your old Pinterest saves, check your bucket lists. You’ve probably come further than you think 🫶🏼

A Pilates teaching residency! What a dream! I’ve spent the last two weeks truly living the barefoot life with @oyogo.london at the magical @zeliahalkidiki and I couldn’t have loved it more.

it was once a very a ambitious goal of mine to teach abroad and I can’t believe I’m adding this one to the list. What a pinch me moment.

I have to say, I saw the pics, I knew this would be a stunning place. But there’s something about gathering people from all over the world in a little space by the sea, slowing down, being in your body, moving and breathing together, that makes a little magic happen.

MERCI LA VIE 🌀 a lot can change in a year — officially celebrating one year of teaching, hosting, holding space & sharing mindful movement with my people. Strangers becoming regular students, students becoming friends! Being able to travel for it, to blend modeling with movement, and to share my passion with my people back home in Paris 🫂✨

These past 12 months have been intense, yet deeply nurturing. There’ve been moments of exhaustion, self-doubt, and big lows. Juggling work trips, modeling, teaching, and still showing up as a student myself, for my own growth and mental wellbeing. But I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. May my hands stay busy catching blessings 🥹🤍

Minhas lisboetas, you can find me every week at @frequencypilates @thecontrastclub.pt @thereformerlab 🧚🏽‍♀️❤️‍🔥 let’s move, flow and raise our frequency together!

Zelia’s Concept Store, 2024.

Design by @lefkotheasp

A boutique that showcases a curated selection of Greek designer items and highlights their origin and inspiration: the waves of the neighbouring sea and the dry summer landscape. Selecting natural materials of stone and wood and simple textures, the space stands as a blank canvas to its exhibits.
