Soul Revival 2026 is done. And we are still in it.

Three days. Three venues. One Deuces. One James Museum. One St. Petersburg College.

Sickle cell patients on a panel. Artists painting live while the room ate brunch. A tree planted on the 22nd Street corridor. Ten healing stations. OneBlood on site. Chalk on the sidewalk. Drum circles and worship and poetry and medicine all in the same weekend.

We didn't build this. We just said yes to it. And the community showed up and made it real.

Thank you. More this week. 🌱

⏰ Ring di alarm‼️ this year is our 4th year 🙃

Not everything is meant to be explained.
Some things are meant to be felt.

Somewhere between art, resistance, healing, and rebellion lies a safe space we call the SECRET ASYLUM

A gathering of community, creatives, culture shapers, storytellers, and visionaries who refuse to create safe art in unsafe times.

No boundaries.
No boxes.
No watered-down expression.

Just raw creativity confronting all the things we carry —
the joy, the rage, the healing, the questions, the truth.

This year’s theme — “all the things” — invites bold creatives to explore the realities shaping our mental health, our communities, and our collective liberation. Through visual art, music, poetry, dance, film, and immersive experiences, we’re building a space where creativity sparks conversation and transformation.

🖤 Visual artists
🖤 Poets
🖤 Musicians
🖤 Filmmakers
🖤 Performers
🖤 Cultural disruptors

If your work makes people feel something they can’t ignore, we want to see it.

This isn’t just an exhibition.
It’s a KR8TiVE uprising‼️

A space where the brave gather.
Where art becomes medicine.
Where community becomes sanctuary.

The doors open June 19, 2026
But the movement starts now.

⚡ Submit your work. (Submission portal open 3/6/26)
⚡ Bring your truth.
⚡ Join the rebellion.

SECRET ASYLUM: all the things
For those who know… know.

✊🏾 The UPRISING begins with U.

Beautiful new day community ☀️The world is moving so fast…
and changing even faster.
So much has happened since this past Summer! So much is going on.. much has been lost.
Too much is weighing on the hearts , minds and bodies of humanity…women, children, black and brown people, those pushed to the sidelines continue to be used, exploited and slaughtered for the sake of greed and disgusting settler behavior.
so much has happened in such a short time frame… so much. 🙏🏽🤍
I can’t believe it !
but to be alive and bare witness is a blessing in disguise.. simply scrolling and spectating is no longer an option.
now is time to TAP IN and CREATE ACTION‼️
we’ve started to put the pieces together for next year’s SECRET ASYLUM‼️
Here’s a lil glimpse of this year’s different kind of art experience featuring the works of:

To my favorite human, @daise1304

I love you.

14 years ago we meet in a freshman dorm on our college campus and look how far we have come.

You are truly my best friend, my soul mate, my life partner. Hands down my favorite person to share + create life with.

Thank you for always sharing your light with me. For keeping me afloat when life causes me to sink deep. For being your big dreamer, color outside of the lines, free spirited self. For teaching me that ease and softness are my birthright. For encouraging my inner artist to LIVE. BREATHE. CREATE. And most importantly keep the FAITH.

I can’t wait to see what magic we create when you recover fully .

Te amo por siempre y para siempre.
