A special Saturday morning at Rondebosch Common Parkrun ❤️🇵🇸

We had the privilege of introducing the incredible team from Right to Movement Palestine to our local parkrun.

RTM Palestine is a Palestinian running initiative that uses sport to promote freedom of movement, challenge barriers faced by Palestinians and bring communities together through running.

It was beautiful to see runners from different backgrounds and communities sharing the same space, moving together and connecting through a love of running.

Because running is about so much more than the kilometres. It’s about community, solidarity and the friendships we build along the way. 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Thank you to everyone who came out to run, walk and welcome the team. 🇵🇸❤️🇿🇦
