It’s crazy to me how many kids come in just to get a feel. Real adaptations don’t occur unless you’re pushing the limits. How do you expect to throw hard if you never try to throw hard.

The best analogy I can use is riding a bike uphill. If you ride a bike uphill slow slowly you’re gonna fall over and become unstable. How do we fix the problem? ride that bike fast uphill so the body can organize and contract to be stable.

If you’re throwing everything at 60%, what do you think is gonna happen in the game you go 100% and then what the tissue isn’t ready? Be smart about it have some recovery days in between, but throwing light All the time isn’t going to move the needle.

On this week’s NerveOTX Premier we have John Lundgren.

Growing up in the same area as Dodgers legend Mike Marshall, John was surrounded by inspiration from day one. Years later, he came across Direct Current Therapy on social media and everything changed.

After getting the DX500 + RX100 and using modalities like the foot bath and hand bath, he felt immediate relief and a real upgrade in his craft.

He’s sharpening his performance and excited for what’s ahead with NerveOTX. ⚡️

⚡️🥂I am incredibly amped to help pitchers take their game and arm health to the next level.

ARPneuro therapy (soon to be NerveOTX) is highly regarded by baseball pitchers for its ability to address the neurological causes of pain and poor performance, leading to accelerated recovery and enhanced athletic function.

Rather than just treating the symptoms, the direct current neuro therapy retrains the nervous system to communicate better with muscles, which results in tangible benefits on the mound. This NOT like your standard tens unit or compex.

Performance enhancement

•Boosted velocity and mechanics. By targeting the nervous system, ARPneuro therapy helps pitchers recruit more of their fast-twitch muscle fibers, which are essential for explosive movements like throwing a baseball. Cubs All-Star LHP @matt_boyd48 reported faster recovery and a velocity increase after using the therapy.

•Smoother and more efficient motion. The therapy improves communication between the brain and muscles, leading to smoother, more coordinated pitching mechanics. This efficient movement reduces wasted energy and stress on the body.

•Increased flexibility and range of motion. ARPneuro can increase a pitcher’s flexibility and range of motion in key areas like the shoulder, which is critical for a full, powerful, and safe pitching motion.

Injury prevention and recovery

•Treats the neurological source of pain. Most injuries occur when the body fails to absorb force properly, causing miscommunication between the brain and muscles. ARPneuro identifies and addresses the root cause of the pain, not just the symptomatic area.

•Accelerates healing. By stimulating muscles at a high frequency (up to 500 times per second), ARPneuro increases blood flow to soft tissue, dramatically accelerating the body’s natural healing process. This shortens recovery time for injuries from months to days.

•Reduces stress on joints. The therapy retrains the muscle to absorb the impact of throwing instead of shifting that stress to vulnerable joints, ligaments, and tendons. This protection is crucial for high stress areas like the elbow and shoulder which are highly susceptible to injury.
