NEWS FLASH📰✨It’s Your Time to Begin
Pi Teacher Training✨

Did you know…

Back in the day, there was no formal Pilates teacher training
No schedules. 📝
No manuals📘
No “start dates.”📆
Those who showed up—who practiced, who stayed committed, who became part of the community—were simply asked one day to teach.

When Joseph Pilates, or his wife Clara, needed help, they turned to the people who were already there.
Living it. Breathing it. Doing it.
What if you took that approach?
What if, by simply being here… showing up… practicing…
You’ve already started your training?

When you commit to our Autumn 2025 Teacher Training, you’re not just ticking a box for a future date.

You’re stepping in NOW.
You’re giving yourself time to be grounded, confident, and fully prepared.

You’re saying yes to the journey—the way it was always meant to be.

We want to honour that ✨Register before 31st March 2025, and we’ll hold your place at our Spring prices
&
We’re so sure this is the right way to approach your training that…
We’ll welcome you in straight away with
OUR STUDENT RATE 30% off all our classes and privates the entire time.
Immerse yourself.

Feel it. Live it. Begin it.

Introducing my awesome Pilates partner in crime @zhanapilates 🤍

Zhana is heading down to Sussex next week to open and run Uden Studio for us while I’m away. What a legend 🙏

Practising Pilates for over a decade, Zhana was originally introduced to The Method after experiencing pain from a herniated disc.

She was quickly hooked and it became her retreat from London life. However, it wasn’t until she relocated to Amsterdam that she certified as a Pilates teacher.

Life brought her back to the UK where she continues to teach, share her passion, and further her knowledge of the method.

She’ll be in the studio as a guest teacher from Monday to Thursday next week, and bookings are already open and filling up… If you haven’t secured your spot yet, login to our studio app via momencce, select private or group class and see what’s available - go go go!

Ps couldn’t love this picture more - pretty sure it was snapped whilst nattering away, most likely about Pilates with either @maxpilates5 or myself at @pistudiopilates 🤗

In the heart of Pi, a vibrant community has blossomed over the past 20 years. Beyond the reformers and mats, it’s the shared commitment to well-being that defines us. Here’s to many more years of growth, connection, and flourishing friendships on and off the Pilates floor.

🤍💙

SNEAK PEAK ….into what goes on during a #pilatesteacher class @pistudiopilates with @maxpilates5 🙏
.
Teachers coming together for self practice under the watchful eyes of a senior teacher, where boundaries are pushed, we are taken out of our comfort zones, a lot of sweat and of course a lot of laughter is had. It’s one of my favourite times of the week. Community is everything, sharing the spirt of Pilates is everything.
@zhanapilates being on a chair next to you is everything x
.
Teacher Tip
Block out time in your diary each week for self practice under a client session. Sounds basic, but you wouldn’t cancel out a client, so don’t cancel out you. It’s so easy when you’re training everyone else to let your self practice go, but it’s in your self practice that you feel and understand the essence of the method, and how to communicate and share it with your clients.
