Well that wraps another year of the @rainierclassic

Man I am so fortunate to get to be a part of this event. This is my second year and it has definitely become my favorite. The competitors. The volunteers. The vibe. Its UNMATCHED I hope to be a part of it for many more years. Now I have about 8 million photos to edit so I’m gonna to get after it. Leaving with a full cup! Hopefully see you all next year!

14 of our 19 athletes placed 1st-3rd across 14 weight classes…in gym bro speak, big people took home many hammers😆

NIAC Strongman before the Empire Classic VS. after the Empire Classic😆

This past weekend, the NIAC Strongman team competed at the Empire Classic @empire.classic.strongman in Spokane, WA. This was a BEAUTIFULLY run comp by @munsey32 @ashleemunsey @coachmunsey and their team, and we were extremely grateful for this opportunity. 15 weeks of dedicated training paid off!💪

This Saturdays class was a special one as we are preparing Andy Munsey’s @empire.classic.strongman next weekend. The team is strong, and we’ve collectively put in exceptional work during this prep.
Making it even more special, we were able to thank our coach @blaketaylor555 . Blake has been the most supportive leader of this team. He embodies exactly what a coach ought to be by modeling encouragement, patience, and dedication to his athletes. We truly appreciate the time and energy he has invested in helping us and the strongman sport grow.
