Some thoughts on the forthcoming cafe Kino gig in November 18th that I’m doing with Meemo Comma and ZOiD.

Meemo Comma is a story teller in the mould of ursula k le guin and she uses electronic music and the semiotics of the beat to communicate these stories.
Every couple of years, people will be like “Yo, Meemo Comma we need a story to help us understand the times. What you got?” And she ALWAYS delivers.

The story she’ll be telling through beats at Kino in November is angry, compassionate, vital and necessary.

This is the legendary Daniel ZOiD who I’m doing a gig with alongside Meemo Comma on Wednesday November 18th at Cafe Kino 7pm. A proper jazz guitar virtuoso and on the night he’ll be combining this with awesome breakbeats.

French house your way through the week with another megamix of tracks from “An Early Start”.

Really enjoyed putting this together.

This is what I’ll play at kino on Wednesday 18 November when I warm up for Meemo Comma and ZOiD!

Ah, I wish it was November now and I could get on playing the set so we can all groove together in the autumnal hill-mist.

November will come round ! Tickets in bio
