Back with another Middleweight shootout! It’s always good to see new athletes in the sport, going hit for hit @tezd__morgan and @laidbacksuave brought it down to the wire, on each others heels. Until Jordan was able to capture a small lead on the bodyweight pulls, kept composure and sealed the win Looking forward to a rematch? 👀

@zoo_mantality hosted a calisthenics battle in the DMV “SUMMER SLAM”🔥 Energy was crazy, athletes showed out, and the level was high all around. I got a chance to catch up with a few more competitors right after their battles to get real, in-the-moment recaps—what they felt, what they saw, and how they performed under pressure. Tap in and hear it straight from the athletes 🎥💪🏾 #Calisthenics #DMVCalisthenics #TheZoo #Streetlifting #WorkhorseCertified

Two Titans Clash again for their Rematch After the first bout between these two athletes, the lot had no idea how this one would go It was as expected, a HIT. @jt.training1 having a chip on his shoulder after coming off his initial loss to @jv3730 — he didn’t take it as a loss however. Rather a lesson Look forward to seeing these gentlemen compete more in the future!

Middleweight Clash between Maryland and Virginia These two left it all out there. @j__himington_ being new to the scene, definitely came and proved himself. @skdarulaaa was able to keep a slight lead throughout the battle, until the pull ups and squats— where Sk was able to extend that lead, and close out with the win Congrats to both athletes, looking forward to seeing more!
