BARBELL CYPHER IN THE MO’CO ZOO

Salute to the good men out Montgomery County, MD that came out to yesterday’s training camp.

Saw a lot of potential from several guys who may certainly have what it takes to make an impact in the DMV competition scene and perhaps beyond.

Stay tuned for updates on our training camp schedule for the month of September

Too many iPad kids, not enough kids outside

Sports are cool, but is your child putting that EXTRA time in.. not just obligatory time

This is applicable to school, sports and personal life. You’ll get farther doing more than required by @zoo_mantality

My guy @trubullyz pushed up on @zoo_mantality for the first time today

Hit me and said he wanted bump, so we made it happen. 43 years young, what’s your excuse?

Too many men wanting to be women nowadays

Too many men wanting to be the new bad b*

Between the bedazzled outfits, asking women what they bring to the table, and yall lack of work.. testosterone is at an all time low

The Nigerian nightmare @bashirunigerian_man came back for another one

@tmpyayo held his own, but Bashir came with a different motor and refused a loss

Back with another Middleweight shootout!

It’s always good to see new athletes in the sport, going hit for hit

@tezd__morgan and @laidbacksuave brought it down to the wire, on each others heels. Until Jordan was able to capture a small lead on the bodyweight pulls, kept composure and sealed the win

Looking forward to a rematch? 👀 by @zoo_mantality

Two Titans Clash again for their Rematch

After the first bout between these two athletes, the lot had no idea how this one would go

It was as expected, a HIT. @jt.training1 having a chip on his shoulder after coming off his initial loss to @jv3730 — he didn’t take it as a loss however. Rather a lesson

Look forward to seeing these gentlemen compete more in the future! by @zoo_mantality

Middleweight Clash between Maryland and Virginia

These two left it all out there. @j__himington_ being new to the scene, definitely came and proved himself. @skdarulaaa was able to keep a slight lead throughout the battle, until the pull ups and squats— where Sk was able to extend that lead, and close out with the win

Congrats to both athletes, looking forward to seeing more! by @zoo_mantality

Land and Sea Collide

This bout was one for the books

@precision.lifts had the advantage coming into the battle and with his experience, was able to remain composure to come out with the win. @really50state held his own throughout the battle, and is looking forward for another one

Hope to see a rematch between these two in the future!
