🦢🇦🇺 Perth you’ve been great. A few days here before heading to Melbourne today for the Sri Chimnoy Melbourne Marathon tomorrow. Knocked out a @parkrunau at @universitywa with @kpatrick_ and @iamkeutzer - neg split and 19:55 5k - 6th place out of 120 and age category 1. Parkrun 12 done! - nice workout pre marathon tomorrow. Thanks @zrhfrontrunners for the awesome run kit. Unfortunately twisted my ankle on some hill work on a gum nut afterwards. Sucks but hopefully I’ll still be OK-ish for tomorrow. Nice to see family Mum and Bro and family friends for lunch and hangouts and also quality time with close friends @konichiwamax @gregory.helleren Mineth and @daveygoncalves - medal wall updated - 85 marathons and 43 this year! 💕

🇨🇭🇦🇺🧲 Bryan here! @runbry - the President of @internationalfrontrunners (give us a follow!) - I’m porting my @ZrhFrontrunners Zurich Frontrunners top today from Zurich, Switzerland as part of my 52 marathons in 52 weeks wearing a different Frontrunners jersey for each. Our Vancouver club was established in 1983 - one of our older more established clubs and has 58 members. Their top learning to share with other clubs is to be proactive and welcoming to everyone - these are the foundations of Frontrunners - we embrace diversity! They also have certified coaches and training drills and plans for members - which helps add structure and discipline for those who are embarking on their first race! Reach out to Zurich or @internationalfrontrunners for guidance!

Daily Marathon tally in this series:

Day 0: 3:31:07 (Alice Springs Marathon)
Day 1: 4:53:36
Day 2: 3:58:17
Day 3: 3:58:15
Day 4: 3:58:00
Day 5: 3:58:34
Day 6: 3:57:00
Day 7:

Thanks again to Kaz and Tim for hosting the Magnetic 7 in 7 series independentrunnerevents

Top personal learning: Well a follow up from yesterday - smile it makes the effort easier. And consider even pacing rather than exhausting yourself in second half where it’s a non goal race.

52 marathons this year in 52 different @internationalfrontrunners vests, celebrating 52 years of Frontrunners and 🌈🦄 rainbow running and walking together. For those that don’t know I have a project this year to run 52 marathons in different Frontrunners club vests from our 139 clubs worldwide to celebrate 52 years since the inception of our first Frontrunner Club, San Francsico. And to bring LGBT+ awareness and inclusion to races and competition worldwide. From South Korea to South Africa and beyond.

My collection is as follows below. I intend to run in 8 of those newly acquired jerseys from Gay Games over 9 certified, chip timed marathons over 14 days starting this Sunday.

So far I’ve run in:

Singapore
San Diego
KL
Melbourne
Perth
Sydney
Canberra
Brisbane
Dublin
Stockholm
Seattle
New York
San Francisco
Copenhagen
London
Valencia
HK
Toronto
Brisbane

To be run:

London tri
Paris
Long Beach
Marseille
Vancouver
Glasgow
Edinburgh
Zurich

If anyone can assist me acquire any missing vests from clubs I don’t have please DM me - I am happy to pay shipping and a premium for handling plus the cost of the vests. I’d need a size Small. Thank you all, 💕 Bryan, your Pres, IFR @internationalfrontrunners

‘ For one week GayGames offer an unparalleled sense of community, unity, diversity and love in our aim to be faster, higher, stronger.’ Stated one of the members of our sportsclub on the last day of Gay Games. This is why HOT Helsinki is part of the global #rainbowsports community. It was a HOT week at Valencia Gay Games in which @hotry_helsinki stayed cool!! Let the games begin 😅 - fun first day at @valenciagaygames2026 with many 🇨🇭 athletes and supporters marching into the stadium!

@rainbowsportzurich @zrhfrontrunners

Sadly the registration process was so slow that we couldn’t go back to hotel to get Swiss outfits, or we would have missed the entrance march - or maybe this Swiss just didn’t plan well enough?? 🤣

Vamooooooos!! 🇪🇸🌈🎾🏃‍♂️😎

🌈 Stand Proud.

Pride is not about being fearless.

Pride is about showing up anyway.

For yourself.
For those who came before us.
And for those who are still finding the courage to be who they truly are.

Every step matters.
Every voice matters.
Every story matters.

On June 20, thousands will take to the streets at Zurich Pride.
Not just to celebrate, but to be visible, to support one another, and to remind the world that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and belonging.

Will you be there? 🏳️‍🌈
👉 Are you joining us at Zurich Pride on June 20? Let us know in the comments. 🏳️‍🌈✨
