Every number tells you what he won. None of them tell you what it cost. Which one surprises you the most?

Bring the heat from underneath. Crunch and lift from the legs. Focus on driving forward and not swinging the elbow back. Let's get after it, TITLE Fam.

Who is the team behind VARGA? These are the 5 key crew members involved in getting this film made. ⬇️

The film is a documentary telling the story of 8x World Champion Fighter: Gabriel Varga, and his life story of becoming a true martial artist and one of the best to ever compete.

Brandon Tiehen - Director / Co-Producer (and Editor)

Emerald Jade - Producer / Co-Director (and Assistant Editor)

Winning changes your life. But what happens when winning isn't the end of the journey?

The titles, the fights, the years of sacrifice.

For Gabriel Varga, the story doesn't end with what he's already accomplished. There's always more to learn, more to overcome, and another level to reach.

But what keeps a world champion moving forward when they've already reached the top?

That is part of the story we are exploring in VARGA.

One life. Zero compromise. All in.

For Brian Hensley, martial arts became more than training.

He found them young—through Bruce Lee, magazines, VHS tapes and eventually real training. What started as curiosity became a lifelong pursuit across karate, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, grappling, judo and MMA.

But the deeper story is what the arts gave him.

As a kid, they gave him structure.
In his teens and twenties, identity and relationships.
In adulthood, they helped pull him back from depression, alcohol and losing his sense of purpose.

Brian told us martial arts have saved him three crucial times.

His mantra became simple:

“The martial arts have always been there for me.”

Now, through Zwei Wolfe Kickboxing, he’s trying to give that same structure, confidence and community to the next person walking through the door.

Because sometimes the gym isn’t just where you learn how to fight.

Sometimes it’s where you find your way back.

INTEGRITY / CULTURE / COMMUNITY

FOCUS OF THE WEEK 10/5-10/11 || FINISH THE ROUND

The last 30 seconds count just as much as the first 30.
When you're tired, your arms are heavy and your brain is telling you to coast, that's when we finish. Keep your hands up, stay sharp and work all the way to the bell. 🛎️
