Our first Retreat Leader Webinar of the year felt really special ✨

We gathered with our visionary founder Aylin, Zack and Chelsea, Nigel behind the cameras, and our friends at Native Pilates joining virtually for an inspiring hour of conversation around what it looks like to partner with Bask and bring transformational retreat experiences to life.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. A full recording will be shared on our YouTube channel soon for those who couldn’t make it, and our next Retreat Leader Webinar will be coming this spring.

For those who reached out after the webinar, we’ll be in touch soon. And if you’re curious about hosting your next retreat at Bask, visit our website to learn more and connect with us.

Stay warm out there❄️

A little behind the scenes magic from our latest Uprooted cooking shoot 🥕🌿

Uprooted is our holistic cooking series hosted by Zack @zwillmade , created to share nourishing, delicious dishes you can make at home. This episode was extra special with Nico @nicoswildkitchen in the kitchen with us.

We love collaborating with chefs who cook from the heart. If you’re a chef and feel called to be part of Uprooted, send us a DM!

Episode coming soon, we can’t wait to share it with you.

Ever wondered what plants, bugs and wildlife call Bask home? 🌿🦋 That’s what a BioBlitz is all about! On Saturday September 13, we’ll spend the day with SGI exploring the land, taking photos of what we find and adding them to the iNaturalist app — turning our discoveries into real data that helps scientists protect native species.
It’s perfect for plant lovers, nature explorers and anyone curious about what’s living right here. Expect to wander the trails, learn from SGI’s team and see the land in a whole new way.
We’re so excited to host this event at Bask! Register through the link in our bio or at segrasslands.org.

Last night was special.
An evening filled with connection, creativity, and cold plunging 🥶

We partnered with the amazing team at @lolu.life for a powerful contrast therapy experience—sauna, cold plunge, and breathwork—bringing together a remarkable group of creatives who showed up not just to recover, but to connect, challenge and center themselves.

Grateful for this space, for the energy in the room, and for the community being built.
Ruak is just getting started.

This time, Zack’s diving into Persian cuisine with Kuku Sabzi — a vibrant, herb-packed omelet that’s as easy to make as it is delicious. It’s vegetarian, full of flavor, and perfect for spring.

This is Zack’s first time making the dish, and we’re inviting you to cook along!

Thanks for all the love — we hope Uprooted brings you fresh inspiration, new flavors, and maybe your next favorite meal.
