We all get so caught up in the idea of upgrading. Sometimes it is simply ENOUGH to return things to their original state...no "improvements"...no "new features"...just FUNCTIONAL. Even if its original state is a $180 trundle bed from Ashley furniture. by @zwillmade

With the grand opening of @baskretreatcenter just around the corner, the words to this song seem to outline this image.

My daughter is no longer a little fluff bag I can toss around as I please.

She has thoughts.
Preferences.
Wisdom even.

And I just want to pay closer attention. Not to see it “slow down”…but to be more atune with what is revealing itself.

The grand opening of Bask is this Saturday, June 13 and we’d love to see you all there.

Always a mixture of steel and emotions working in the shop with my dad. Can proudly say that at nearly 40 I took the lead on@this build from start to finish.

In the midfield of this photo, fittingly at the beginning of a row of moody, incandescent lights is where we first met.

St Mazie was the place's name.

It wasn't love at first sight...but it sure as hell was interest...intrigue...introspection. A seed was planted that some 18 months (and a relationship failed for each of us) later that our love story officially began.

Forever indebted to @kelseymorgan for being born (and for being amazing).
