Lots of new faces here lately and it only felt right to give my own story a place to live and breathe as I step into a career of helping others tell their own
•
Big inhale… even longer exhale and sigh
So many emotions
Tears falling down my cheeks as I reflect on this beautiful, tragic, abundant, gut wrenching journey it’s all been. I wouldn’t change a thing as ironic as that sounds
•
What a gift it is to FEEL it all - to alchemize so much pain into beauty, art and purpose
•
I have grown to have so much compassion for my younger, past, current self has endured. Accomplished. Navigated. I’m so proud of her.
•
Be gentle, kind & enjoy ✨🤲🏼🫀🕯️🌀🧘‍♀️🌞🌹

There are men out here who continue to be open hearted and loving. They have found a way to lead with their heart. Join us in Sacred Alchemy Men’s Community this Tuesday 1/6/26 6:30-8:30pm @soulnstrand
I love you!

This is what heart lead men look like. This is what a devoted man looks like. Not perfect. Not controlling but allowing. We are intentionally here to step into embodying healthy masculine energy. I love you men.
Thank you for allowing space for spirituality to be part of this process. I hold that with so much love and respect.

Sacred Alchemy Men’s Community! Last night we met in ceremonial circle again. It has become a ritual in its intention and in retuning to the space again and again.

In my journey this year, I have been stepping deeper and deeper into my own spiritual path. Along the way these men have continued to follow me. They have given me space to workshop my ideas and sharpen the facilitator and leader within me. That has given me so much space to step into leading myself as I have found supportive energy in them in the same process. Thank you my brothers. There is so much more for me to say and I desired for your hearts to be felt in this image this morning.

This is also a call to men who are navigating life alone. The time for the lone wolf has passed in my humble opinion. We are here to witness you. We are holding ourselves in our own energy whilst continually holding each other.

Photo credit: @greatexposures - thank you brother!

Deep deep gratitude to @journey.to.wild for continuing to believe in me and for allowing space for us to be in ceremony @soulnstrand

My heart is bursting with gratitude, pride, and LOVE for all that this year, these men, this ceremonial space has been for me along the way

Yoga Teacher Training is calling…

And your future Self is praying that you answer.

If you’re seeing this you’re well aware of the way the Earth, governments, and communities are changing.

You don’t have to fear this global shift.

It’s an Awakening. The whole world is starting to wake up.

And we need more guides and teachers for this rising energy.

It’s time to live the life you know is possible.

It’s time to be the leader you know you came here to be.

You don’t need to know the whole entire path.

Just take the next right step.

Your community, your family, and your lineage need you more than ever.

This training is more than learning to teach yoga.

It’s about sovereignty and responsibility.

It’s about healing yourself so you can heal the world.

It’s about creating safe spaces for people to take off their masks and armor.

The Universe is asking you to take a leap with us.

And it’s going to take courage.

So, you gonna answer the call?

Comment YTT for more details.
