Rolling up on your block like...

It's not too soon for a summer throwback is it?

Local bike sprint on the Monon back in July. May have almost threw up...

Crashing my car in January has been such a blessing. Getting back into biking has kept me in possibly the best shape of my life so far and has forced me to slow down. The movement, fresh air, fellow biker comradery, and antifragile mindset have been such a nice switch up from being dependant on a car for transport or a sense of accomplishment.
I'm good no matter what and life still has so much fullness outside of the usual ways in which I've seen myself.

The internal battle dies down when we realize the anger, sadness, fear, etc. are just trying to keep us safe. True strength builds when we soften around the feelings we avoid and remember we are loved and good no matter what. by @zwolfe20

Truthfully, I admit that my mind still works to convince me that I'm not enough. I think we just get better at catching our minds in the act of convincing us of playing small.
