Sprint Contrast Circuit 🧨

Adaptation of French Contrast, built around sprinting and plyometric work to develop speed and power in a specific sequence. In this case helping improve acceleration.

Here’s the exact sequence of what we have been doing:

Heavy Sled Bounds 🛷
Single Leg Double Broad Jumps 🚀
Gear 1 Sprint on the SHREDmill 😅
5yd–10yd Fly Test ⚡️

The method works by stacking complementary stimuli in one complex.

Heavy sled bounds prime for force application and horizontal hip displacement. Single leg double broad jumps reinforce reactive, elastic qualities in a horizontal manner. The Gear 1 SHREDmill sprint drives clean acceleration mechanics under load. We finish with a 5–10 fly to measure the output.

Feel free to give it a try! ✊

Dear Total Athlete Performance Families,

As we close out an incredible 2025, we want to take a moment to reflect on the truly outstanding year we’ve had together. This year has been filled with hard work, dedication, growth, and countless moments of achievement. None of this would have been possible without the commitment and passion of our athletes, the unwavering support of their families, and the incredible energy that everyone brings to our Total Athlete Performance community.

To our athletes: You continue to inspire us every single week. Whether it’s pushing through tough training sessions, overcoming challenges, or celebrating personal victories, your dedication and perseverance are what make this program so special. Each one of you has put in the work, and your results speak for themselves. We’re beyond proud of the strides you’ve made, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the year ahead!

To our families: Your support is the foundation of our athletes’ success. From early mornings to late nights, from driving to practice/training sessions, or cheering from the sidelines, you play a vital role in the journey. We truly appreciate the sacrifices and encouragement you provide, and we’re so grateful for the trust you place in us to help guide your athletes toward greatness.

As we step into 2026, we are filled with excitement for what’s to come. The future is bright, and we are confident that with this amazing and rapidly growing group of athletes and families, we’ll continue to raise the bar as a staff and achieve even greater success together.

Wishing all of you a very Happy New Year—may 2026 be filled with new opportunities, personal growth, and even more moments to celebrate. Thank you for making this year so memorable. We couldn’t do it without ALL of you!

With gratitude,

Total Athlete Performance
